The Fund’s governance structure is made up of a Board of Trustees and a Governance Board. We also have a Grants Committee. The Board of Trustees is made up of 3 members, with two women and one man. The Governance Board is made of up 9 members who are all women. The Governance Board provides strategic direction on the Fund’s operations and programs. The Grants Committee is made up of 4 members who are all women. The Grants Committee assesses with the support of the Fund Team all the applications that are received for funding. The Fund Team is the team that implements the Fund’s operations and programs.
