Program Officer

The Women’s Fund Fiji (WFF) is an empathetic and adaptive feminist fund working to influence and mobilise financial and non-financial resources for feminist and women’s rights organisations and movements, so they can progress the human rights of women, girls, and gender non-conforming people in Fiji.
WFF is seeking applications for a Program Officer. The role provides support in all areas of grant activity management, planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of Fund activities. The Program Officer will work closely with WFF grantee partners and key stakeholders, including women’s civil society organisations. The role will also require working closely with other members of WFF implementation team to ensure that grantee activities are managed efficiently and effectively. This will require the Program Officer to establish and maintain harmonious and effective relationships and undertake all duties to a high professional standard. The role reports to the Senior Program Manager.

Positions are open to Fijian nationals and permanent residents with authority to live and work in Fiji.
Rates of pay are based on local labour standards. Women and gender non-conforming people are strongly encouraged to apply.
