Monitoring Evaluation Accountability Learning (MEAL) Officer

The Women’s Fund Fiji (WFF) is an empathetic and adaptive feminist fund working to influence and
mobilise financial and non-financial resources for feminist and women’s rights organizations and
movements, so they can progress the human rights of women, girls, and gender non-conforming
people in Fiji.

WFF is seeking applications for a MEAL Officer. The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and
Learning (MEAL) Officer is responsible for implementing the technical aspects of the WFF’s monitoring,
evaluation, accountability and learning system. This role also provides capacity development to
program team members and WFF for the effective delivery of M&E activities.

The role will also require working closely with the line manager and other members of the WFF team
to ensure that the organisation’s monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning needs are
undertaken efficiently and effectively. This will require the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability &
Learning Officer to establish and maintain harmonious and effective relationships and undertake all
duties to a high professional standard. The role reports to the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability
and Learning Coordinator. The remuneration package will be discussed during the interview.
