Sisi Coalala

Sisi Coalala is a dedicated advocate for disability rights and inclusion, with extensive experience in education, policy development, and program management. With a strong academic background, including a Double Master’s in Strategic Human Resource Management and Commerce from the University of Wollongong, she has built a career focused on empowering marginalized communities, particularly persons with disabilities.

Currently serving as  (Acting) Manager Inclusive Development at the Pacific Disability Forum, Sisi works to advance the rights and full participation of persons with disabilities across the region. She has previously held key roles at the Fiji National University, where she led disability services, ensuring accessibility and inclusion for students. Her leadership extends to governance roles, having served as President of the United Blind Persons of Fiji, Secretary of the Fiji Disabled Peoples Federation, and Treasurer of the Pacific Disability Forum.
