Patricia Naisara

Patricia Naisara is a commercial lawyer by profession.

Her areas of practice include corporate compliance, property and large-scale transactions and acquisitions, hotel and tourism development, foreign investment, company incorporations and more recently banking and finance.

She is an existing member of the CSO community as the former Chair of FemLINK Pacific having served on the Board from 2015-2019.

She is a member of the Women’s Entrepreneurial Business Council of FCEF (2015-present), a member of the Leadership FIJI Alumni and as alumni of International School Suva, currently serves as the Chair of the ISS School Board.

Patricia holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law in Political Science and Management and Public Administration as well as a Professional Diploma in Legal Practice.
