Adi Litia Cakobau Nailatikau

Adi Litia Cakobau Nailatikau is a highly accomplished legal and development professional with extensive experience in governance, policy, and advocacy. A registered barrister and solicitor, she has worked across diverse sectors, including gender and economic inclusion, climate justice, and peacebuilding.

Her expertise spans legal advisory, policy drafting, and project management, particularly in environmental law, disaster risk reduction, and international relations. She has held key roles in organizations such as the International Finance Corporation (IFC), Conciliation Resources, and various regional initiatives focused on women’s empowerment and community resilience.

Adi Litia holds a Master of Arts in Diplomacy & International Relations from the University of the South Pacific, where her research focused on soft power strategies for Pacific Island states. She also completed a Professional Diploma in Legal Practice and an LLB in Environmental & International Law from the same institution.

As a Pacific Women’s Mediators Network member and an advocate for feminist leadership, Adi Litia brings a strong commitment to equity and social justice. Her role on the Governance Board of Women’s Fund Fiji reflects her dedication to fostering inclusive and sustainable development for women in the Pacific.
