Shradha Sharma

Shradha is a Financial Risk Management professional with over 20 years in the Pacific development and leadership sector.

Shradha is currently employed at the DFAT-funded Fiji Programme Support Facility.

Her previous roles include Finance Team Leader for the GEM Division with the Pacific Community as well as Finance & Operations Manager for the DFAT funded Pacific Leadership Program and undertaken consultancies for Fiji Women’s Fund and the Pacific Women Support Unit, both DFAT programs.

Shradha is an active board member for the Fiji Women’s Rights Movement and Citizen Constitutional Forum.
