Tender for Motor Vehicle

The Women’s Fund Fiji (WFF) is an empathetic and adaptive feminist fund working to influence and mobilise financial and non-financial resources for feminist and women’s rights organisations and movements, so they can progress the human rights of women, girls, and gender non-conforming people in Fiji. WFF is a not-for-profit organisation registered under the Fiji’s Charitable Trust Act.

We are inviting tenders from reputable organisations and individuals who are interested in the purchase of our organisational vehicle.

For inspection, please contact Kameli Tikoitoga in advance on 330 1220 or 702 1506 during our business hours only (9.00am to 5.00pm). Location of inspection will be at Mid City Complex, Cumming Street, Suva.

Conditions of tenders:

• Tenders are on ‘as is where is’
• All tenders are EXCLUSIVE of VAT.
• The highest tender will not necessarily be accepted.
• All tenders should be accompanied by a cash deposit of $500. Cash should be paid directly to our office situated at Level 1 – Mid City Complex, Cumming Street, Suva and will be issued a receipt to attach with tender submission. The deposit will be refunded to unsuccessful tenders Tenders without a deposit will not be considered.

All tenders and enquiries are to be sent to information@womensfundfiji.org, marked “TENDER FOR MOTOR VEHICLE” and must be addressed to the Finance and Administration Officer, Kameli Tikoitoga. The successful tender is expected to be notified accordingly.
