Resource Mobilisation Coordinator

The Women’s Fund Fiji (WFF) is an empathetic and adaptive feminist fund working to influence and mobilise financial and non-financial resources for feminist and women’s rights organisations and movements, so they can progress the human rights of women, girls, and gender non-conforming people in Fiji.
The WFF is seeking expressions of interest for a Resource Mobilisation Coordinator. The role supports the development and implementation of the Fund’s resource mobilisation plans. The role works closely with the Fund team to initiate, support the development and maintenance of lasting funding relationships and leads the Fund’s fundraising efforts. The role reports to the Executive Director. The renumeration will be discussed during the interview.

Positions are open to Fijian nationals and permanent residents with authority to live and work in Fiji. Rates of pay are based on local labour standards. Women and gender non-conforming people are strongly encouraged to apply.
