The Women’s Fund Fiji (WFF) is an empathetic and adaptive feminist fund working to influence and mobilise financial and non-financial resources for feminist and women’s rights organisations and movements, so they can progress the human rights of women, girls, and gender non­ conforming people in Fiji.

WFF is seeking applications for an Executive Director. The role is responsible for the leadership, management, and overall operational activities of the Fund. The Executive Director identifies and responds to opportunities, risks and challenges that arise within the women’s movement in Fiji. The role will establish and maintain relationships with other relevant donors, private sector and government activities in Fiji to identify opportunities for collaboration. The role reports to the Board of Trustees through the Governance Board with functional reporting to the Grants Committee. Base salary range is FJD 100,000 – FJD 140,000.

The new candidate is expected to start in the role on 1 June, 2022
