Finance & Administration Officer

The Women’s Fund Fiji (WFF) is an empathetic and adaptive feminist fund working to influence and mobilise financial and non-financial resources for feminist and women’s rights organisations and movements, so they can progress the human rights of women, girls, and gender non-conforming people in Fiji.
WFF is seeking applications for a Finance & Administration Officer. The role is responsible for the reporting of all financial operations of the organisation. This role also ensures all checks and balances are transparent and accurate in terms of recording and reconciling acquittals.
The role will also require working closely with the line manager and other members of the WFF team to ensure that the organisation’s financial and administrative needs are managed efficiently and effectively. This will require the Finance and Administration Officer to establish and maintain harmonious and effective relationships and undertake all duties to a high professional standard. The role reports to the Finance & Operations Manager. Base salary range is FJD 35,000 – FJD 47,000.

The new candidate is expected to start in the role on Tuesday, 30 May 2023.
