About Women’s Fund Fiji
Women’s Fund Fiji (WFF) is a feminist fund dedicated to supporting women-led, community-based, and grassroots organizations across Fiji. Through our grant-making and capacity building work, we invest in initiatives that advance gender equality, women’s leadership, climate justice, economic empowerment, ending violence against women and the wellbeing of our communities.
Women’s Fund Fiji seeks to establish a Pool of Qualified Technical Advisors and Service Providers who can provide on-request technical assistance, mentoring, coaching, training, consultancy services, and specialist support.
Invitation for Expressions of Interest
Women’s Fund Fiji invites suitably qualified individuals, consultants, firms, and service providers to register their interest in becoming part of a pre-qualified pool of technical experts available to support the Fund and our Grantee Partners throughout Fiji.
Engagements will be based on the needs of the Fund and our Grantee Partners including available funding.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should demonstrate relevant qualifications and/or professional experience in their field, a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience (where applicable), experience working with communities, civil society organizations, NGOs, women’s groups, or community-based organizations. Applicants should also be able to demonstrate strong facilitation, training, or advisory skills and be committed to gender equality, social inclusion, and feminist values.
Submission Requirements
Interested consultants and service providers are requested to submit:
- A cover letter expressing interest and outlining areas of expertise.
- A current CV (for individuals) or company profile (for organizations).
- Brief description of services offered.
- Relevant qualifications
- Examples of previous assignments or sample work
- Names and contact details of at least two professional referees.
- Daily, hourly, or assignment-based fee rates (optional but encouraged).
- Geographic areas of service coverage.
Selection Process
Submissions will be reviewed against the eligibility criteria and areas of expertise. Successful applicants will be included in Women’s Fund Fiji’s pool of approved technical advisors and service providers.
Inclusion in the pool does not guarantee engagement. Consultants and service providers may be contacted as needs arise and engaged through separate terms of reference and contractual agreements.
